All of our reptiles are packed and shipped using our 20-years of experience. Each reptile is placed in its own container and then carefully packaged into a fully insulated solid core box, using heat packs or cold packs when required. We love our reptiles and take shipping very seriously and we guarantee that your new reptile will arrive healthy.
It is important to note that the well-being of our reptiles is our first priority. We will not ship your reptile(s) when the temperature is either too hot or too cold to safely ship them. Shipping a reptile is not the same as shipping a non-perishable item. It requires coordination to ensure the safety of the reptile. Refunds are not given on shipping delays due to weather conditions.

All shipping charges are determined and paid before we ship. Once we ship you or your agent must be present to sign for door to door shipments (first delivery attempt) and orders sent to the airport must be picked up within 4 hours of their arrival time. If you are not available for the first delivery attempt or do not pick up your animals at the airport within 4 hours, our live delivery guarantee is voided.
We will not ship in extreme weather conditions, as we never want to put your reptile at risk. We reserve the right to implement a minimum order requirement.
Orders are shipped directly to your door by FedEx for most addresses in Canada. $85 Flat Rate to your door.
Free local pick up is available in the Greater Toronto Area. Please inquire
Shipping by air from Toronto to your nearest airport is also available and can be facilitated through Air Canada or West Jet. Please inquire
All orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York via FedEx directly to your door. All US shipments will be cleared through US Fish and Wildlife Services by The Urban Reptile. The client will not have any responsibility or dealings with these government agencies. We handle it all!
US Shipping Charge – $65 Flat Rate to your door.
Pick up is usually available at Hamm shows, but is on hold because of COVID19. We hope to resume later in 2021 – Please inquire
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada and the shipping carrier will be determined depending on the final destination. It is the responsibility of the client to know the domestic importation requirements/laws of their country. We can provide any paperwork required for you to import your order.

Canadian Pricing/Transactions: All domestic transactions/pricing are denomnated in CDN$
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal through our secure online system.
Payment Plans – We can set up a payment plans and request a deposit of 25 percent with full payment within 30 days. All deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us to setup a payment plan.
All purchases and payment plans are final and we do not offer cash refunds. Any refunds will be issued in the form of a credit. We do not offer any returns or exchanges.
